We provide FREE SHIPPING order above RM99 for whole Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak.

SINGAPORE & HONGKONG

Singapore: Flat Rate RM50 (ARAMEX/POS LAJU)
Hongkong: Flat Rate RM50 (ARAMEX/POS LAJU)

OTHER COUNTRIES

Other countries : Depends on the location and item weight.

When will I receive my parcel (local order with ready stock)?

We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner (PGEON/POSLAJU/DHL/ARAMEX)
Delivery time is approximately 1-5 working days, depending on the area and courier delivery speed. 

How can I track my parcel location?

Tracking number and link shall be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder if it is not found in INBOX.

For ready stock, tracking number will be provided via email in 1-3 working days.
For backorder, tracking number will be provided via email once order is ready for pick-up and delivery.

Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?

Yes, if parcel was not delivered to recipient and has returned to sender, a second delivery fee will be charged by the logistic partners. Note that the second delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We needs 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel.
